Privacy Policy

Breach Report is operated by Nine18, LLC ("we," "us," "our").

1. What We Collect

• Your Discord user ID and display name.
• Your linked Ubisoft username (public, used to fetch your Rainbow Six Siege stats).
• Match statistics (kills, deaths, wins, losses, headshots, and related in-game stats) tied to your Discord user ID and linked Ubisoft username.
• The Discord server (guild) ID(s) you're tracked in, so your stats stay scoped to the correct server(s).
• Billing and subscription details when you purchase a license — handled entirely by Discord's own in-app subscription system; we never see or store your payment details at all.

2. How We Use It

Solely to provide the tracking/leaderboard service: fetching your public Rainbow Six Siege stats, computing session/monthly/season/lifetime totals, checking for records, and posting them to the Discord server(s) you're tracked in. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose outside operating Breach Report.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared only as necessary to operate the service:

• Discord — your stats, leaderboards, and records are posted into the Discord server(s) you're tracked in, visible to members of that server. Discord also processes and bills any subscription purchase directly through its own in-app purchase system — we receive only subscription status/entitlement events from Discord, never your payment details.
• r6data — a third-party Rainbow Six Siege stats API we query using your linked Ubisoft username to fetch your public in-game stats.

4. Data Retention

We retain your linked-account data for as long as you're actively covered by a license or trial. If your coverage lapses (a subscription is cancelled, a trial expires, or your account is no longer covered by any active license), tracking for the affected account stops immediately. The live link is then removed after a retention period — 7 days if your subscription was directly cancelled or revoked, 30 days for other lapses (e.g. a trial expiring) — unless coverage resumes first. An account that's simply over your license's current account limit, while you're still an active subscriber, is retained indefinitely and resumes automatically the moment coverage becomes available, rather than being subject to any removal window. Historical stats already recorded — monthly, season, and lifetime totals, and any records set — are preserved after removal, similar to how a retired athlete still holds their records; only the active tracking relationship is removed.

5. Requesting Deletion of Your Data

You can request deletion of your linked Discord/Ubisoft account data at any time by contacting us at deplorable.tm@gmail.com. We will remove your linked account, stop tracking you, and delete the association between your Discord user ID and your Ubisoft username. As noted above, already-recorded historical stats and records may be retained in anonymized/aggregate form unless you specifically request their removal too — let us know in your request if you'd like those removed as well.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage and restricted access to our database and hosting infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access.

7. Cookies and Tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking technologies. We do not track your browsing activity on this site.

8. Children's Privacy

Breach Report is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 years old. Discord itself requires users to be at least 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country) to use their service, and we rely on that requirement.

9. Payment Records

Deleting your linked account data does not delete billing/transaction records held by Discord, which processes and stores all subscription payment information directly — those records are Discord's, governed by Discord's own policies, not ours to delete.

10. Not Affiliated with Ubisoft

Breach Report is an independent, unofficial tool. It is not produced by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Ubisoft Entertainment.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of Breach Report after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
