If you're not satisfied with BreachReportBot, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are not provided for renewal charges after the first billing cycle — cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged again. Cancelling stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless it falls within the 14-day window above.
Where a free trial is offered, no payment is taken during the trial period. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription and billing begins. You can cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.
Refunds may be denied in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds) or where required by our payment processor's own policies.
