Breach Report is operated by Nine18, LLC ("we," "us," "our").
All Breach Report subscriptions are purchased directly through Discord's own in-app subscription system (via a Premium purchase button in Discord). Discord handles all billing and refund decisions for these purchases — we're not able to issue or override refund decisions ourselves.
Discord determines refund eligibility under its own Monetization Terms and Refund Policy. To request a refund, please contact Discord support directly rather than us — we don't have the ability to process refunds on Discord's behalf.
Where a free trial is offered, no payment method is required and no charge occurs automatically. If you don't purchase a subscription before the trial ends, the trial simply expires and tracking pauses — nothing is billed unless you separately choose to subscribe through Discord.
