Breach Report is operated by Nine18, LLC ("we," "us," "our").
Breach Report ("the Service") is a Discord bot that tracks Rainbow Six Siege statistics for players who link their Ubisoft account, and posts leaderboards, records, and session summaries into a Discord server. By adding Breach Report to a Discord server or linking your Ubisoft account, you agree to these Terms.
You must meet Discord's own minimum age requirements to use Discord, and by extension to use Breach Report. If you are using the Service on behalf of a Discord server (guild), you represent that you have the authority to do so.
Access to tracking for a given player is granted via a License — a purchased subscription, a free trial, or a license we grant directly. A personal License is tied to you as a Discord user, not to any one server: it covers your own linked Ubisoft account(s) and works across every Discord server you're in. A License is not transferable or reassignable to another Discord user. Each subscription tier covers a set number of linked accounts (currently one); linking more accounts than your active coverage allows requires additional coverage.
Subscriptions are sold and billed directly through Discord's own in-app subscription system — Discord processes your payment; we never collect or see your payment details. Where a free trial is offered, no payment method is required and no charge occurs automatically — if you don't purchase a subscription before the trial ends, the trial simply expires and tracking pauses; nothing is billed unless you separately choose to subscribe. You can cancel an active subscription at any time through Discord; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund amounts already charged, except as described in our Refund Policy.
When your coverage lapses — a subscription is cancelled, a trial expires, or a linked account falls outside your current license's coverage — that account stops being tracked immediately. Historical stats already recorded (monthly, season, and lifetime totals, and any records set) are retained regardless; the live tracking link itself is removed after a retention period (7 days for a cancelled/revoked subscription, 30 days for other lapses), unless coverage resumes first. You will not use Breach Report to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, Ubisoft's terms of use, or any applicable law. You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service, or use it to collect or redistribute other users' data outside of what the Service itself displays.
Breach Report is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Stat data depends on third-party APIs (Ubisoft's game data, accessed via a third-party stats provider) outside our control, and may occasionally be delayed or temporarily unavailable.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing Breach Report from your server or unlinking your account.
Breach Report is an independent, unofficial tool. It is not produced by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Ubisoft Entertainment.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of Breach Report after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
