BreachReportBot is operated by Nine18, LLC ("we," "us," "our").
BreachReportBot ("the Service") is a Discord bot that tracks Rainbow Six Siege statistics for players who link their Ubisoft account, and posts leaderboards, records, and session summaries into a Discord server. By adding BreachReportBot to a Discord server or linking your Ubisoft account, you agree to these Terms.
You must meet Discord's own minimum age requirements to use Discord, and by extension to use BreachReportBot. If you are using the Service on behalf of a Discord server (guild), you represent that you have the authority to do so.
Access to tracking for a given player is granted via a purchased "seat" (or an "unlimited" grant covering an entire server or user). A seat covers exactly one linked Ubisoft account, for one Discord user, in one specific server. The purchaser of a seat retains control of it — including which Discord user it covers and which server it's assigned to — regardless of who it's currently assigned to, and may reassign or unassign it at any time.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. Where a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund amounts already charged, except as described in our Refund Policy.
When a seat is unassigned or a subscription is cancelled, the affected linked account stops being tracked immediately. Historical stats already recorded (monthly, season, and lifetime totals, and any records set) are retained; the live tracking link itself is removed after a retention period (30 days for a reassigned/paused account, 7 days for a cancelled one). You will not use BreachReportBot to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, Ubisoft's terms of use, or any applicable law. You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service, or use it to collect or redistribute other users' data outside of what the Service itself displays.
BreachReportBot is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Stat data depends on third-party APIs (Ubisoft's game data, accessed via a third-party stats provider) outside our control, and may occasionally be delayed or temporarily unavailable.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing BreachReportBot from your server or unlinking your account.
BreachReportBot is an independent, unofficial tool. It is not produced by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Ubisoft Entertainment.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of BreachReportBot after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
